I started writing because I love reading and I’m addicted to ideas. On average, I read 1.25 books per week. The result of all that reading is that a) I’ve got ideas constantly pouring out of my head and b) I don’t have much time for things like television.
I launched this blog to share all the interesting things I’m reading and learning. It seemed like a waste to just read it and not share it.
When I finish reading a business or non-fiction book, I post an excerpt from the book in the Books category. You won’t find book summaries on this site – I’ve never found them helpful. The best way to know if you’ll like a book is to read an excerpt.
The Pass-Along category contains a lot of the cool things I learn. I post some things verbatim (please let me know if I ever forget to appropriately cite a source), and others I write about.
The other categories are all fairly self-explanatory. You’ll figure them out.
I’d love to hear from you. Please send me a message. Some of my favorite things to receive are book recommendations. Be bold. Leave comments on the posts you like. This site is as much for you as it is for me.
Why are you still reading? Go explore the site! Here are some of my favorite posts to get you started:
